This comprehensive Qi Gong course takes the practitioner through a seven-level process of movement and self-inquiry to unlock stuck physical energies and become more flexible in body and mind.

Goals and Outlines

  • The practitioner will learn an experiential modality for healing the body through body awareness and Yin Qi Gong spiral type movements
  • These seven levels represent seven diaphragms, seven po, or seven chakras. Each level has its own ancient Chinese mythic story.
  • The practitioner will go through the seven-level self-inquiry process to learn and experience the mental and emotional obstructions that limit energetic movements at each level.
  • The practitioner can offer these movements and self-inquiry processes to take their patients into deeper levels of healing awareness - body, mind and spirit.
